OSP worked with Legal & General (Strategic Land North Horsham) Ltd, to gain planning approval for the community building in North Horsham.

Our client Redrow Homes South East received a reserved matters approval for Phase 2A at Manston Green.

The build is now complete on 5 bespoke dwellings that sits harmoniously next to Grade II Listed Building, Britians Farm in West Horsley.

Build Complete at Silkmore, West Horsley This scheme of 4 bespoke, detached dwellings at the site of Silkmore House, a Grade II Listed property was designed on behalf of our client Hawksmoor Homes, a local developer. A full planning application was submitted in January 2020 and was approved in September 2020. Work on the project is now complete and all dwellings are built. ­­

In late December our client Taylor Wimpey West London received reserved matters approval for the Parcel 4 application on the site at Warfield in Bracknell.

In addition to a replacement Nursery at the front of the site, the application for 79 houses was approved at committee on 16 November 2022

Our client Castle Properties Ltd received approval for 17 dwellings following the demolition of the existing agricultural and horticultural buildings on site.

Our client Redrow Homes received approval at committee for Phases 1 and 3 of their development at Blandford House, Aldershot.

Our client Bellway Homes received approval for 238 dwellings, allotments and Parkland SANG in West Parley.

In September 2022, OSP submitted a full planning application on behalf of Greenplan Designer Homes for the replacement of the dwelling at 64 Folders Lane and 17 new homes, Burgess Hill.
