Our client, Bellevue London Ltd received a detailed planning approval for this site at appeal in May 2021.
The application comprised a detailed planning application for 220 homes and an outline application for the balance of 300 homes.
Our Client, Crownhall Estates Limited received detailed planning approval for this scheme in June 2021.
The proposed scheme for 139 new homes including a new ‘farmhouse’, a new sports building and an extension to the existing nursery was the subject of extensive pre-application discussion and a Design Southeast Review Panel.

A resolution to grant was received from Bracknell Forest Council in November 2021.

The scheme comprises 167 new homes on the edge of Codicote village and on a sensitive, sloping site set above the Mimram Valley. The new homes have been carefully designed as a sensitive contemporary response to the local vernacular and set around a strong network of green space.
