Planning Approval for Community Centre Building in Mowbray, North Horsham

OSP worked with our client, Legal & General (Strategic Land North Horsham) Ltd, to gain planning approval in March for the community building and associated parking at the heart of the new village centre in Mowbray, North Horsham.
Containing a badminton hall, social spaces, a meeting hall and library, the 8,000sqft building’s architecture evokes the agricultural heritage of the site and the emerging architecture of this contemporary Sussex village.
