OSP worked with our client Hawksmoor Homes on a revised planning application for five new homes within an AONB in Chiddingfold.

The first phase of development for 138 homes in Margate was approved at committee on 17 April 2024. Working closely with our client Places for People, the design was developed through many months of intensive negotiations with Thanet District Council and Kent County Council Highways.

OSP worked with Obsidian Strategic on the outline planning application for this scheme for 60 new homes in Uckfield.
