In September 2022, OSP submitted a full planning application on behalf of Greenplan Designer Homes for the replacement of the dwelling at 64 Folders Lane and 17 new homes, Burgess Hill.

The proposals will provide 17 high-quality new dwellings in a range of sizes, contributing to the area’s housing need and will provide 6 affordable dwellings (35%), as well as an area of public open space to the southern boundary of the site that also provided a dedicated wildlife area and wilder margin to the edge of the site.
