OSP worked with Shanly Homes on an outline application for 78 new homes in Chiddingfold. The scheme received unanimous approval at local level in 2023.

OSP worked with our client Hawksmoor Homes on a revised planning application for five new homes within an AONB in Chiddingfold.

The first phase of development for 138 homes in Margate was approved at committee on 17 April 2024. Working closely with our client Places for People, the design was developed through many months of intensive negotiations with Thanet District Council and Kent County Council Highways.

OSP worked with Obsidian Strategic on the outline planning application for this scheme for 60 new homes in Uckfield.

Our client Hawksmoor Homes received approval at committee for a development of 5 new bespoke dwellings in Send, Guildford in January.

OSP Architecture worked with client Cleanslate Ltd on an application for 80 dwellings at Morgans Yard, Waltham Chase.

Last Saturday was the OSP Christmas Party at The Bell at Ramsbury near Marlborough.
