Build Complete at Silkmore, West Horsley

This scheme of 4 bespoke, detached dwellings at the site of Silkmore House, a Grade II Listed property was designed on behalf of our client Hawksmoor Homes, a local developer.
A full planning application was submitted in January 2020 and was approved in September 2020.
Work on the project is now complete and all dwellings are built.
