Our client Castle Properties Ltd received approval for 17 dwellings following the demolition of the existing agricultural and horticultural buildings on site. Phase 2 will sit beyond Wheeler Street Nurseries Phase 1 in Witley which was approved in January 2019. The application will provide a range of one–four bedroom dwellings with designs that continue the strong village character.

The site was originally used for agricultural/horticultural purposes, but the use of the land for these purposes ceased many years ago so that the site could lawfully be used as part of the wider retail nursery at Wheeler Nursery, including residential and retailing the ancillary car parking and storage.
