Reserved Matters Approval for Parcel 4 at Warfield, Bracknell

In late December our client Taylor Wimpey West London received reserved matters approval for the Parcel 4 application on the site at Warfield in Bracknell.
This parcel will provide the first 45 dwellings of a larger allocation with future phases following. The Design teams’ approach was informed by the approved set of outline parameters plans, the Warfield SPD, and followed a series of consultation responses and meetings with Bracknell Forest Council.
Building on the work completed at the outline stage this phase builds on our approach to define the interpretation of the character areas, including the landscape character which will inform the future applications on the wider development.
This particular parcel not only creates the gateway to the western part of the wider development but also needed to address the Old Priory Lane and Hedge Lane landscape settings.
