Build Complete at Silkmore, West Horsley This scheme of 4 bespoke, detached dwellings at the site of Silkmore House, a Grade II Listed property was designed on behalf of our client Hawksmoor Homes, a local developer. A full planning application was submitted in January 2020 and was approved in September 2020. Work on the project is now complete and all dwellings are built. ­­

In late December our client Taylor Wimpey West London received reserved matters approval for the Parcel 4 application on the site at Warfield in Bracknell.

In addition to a replacement Nursery at the front of the site, the application for 79 houses was approved at committee on 16 November 2022
