Planning permission was granted for the demolition of 34 Conquest Road and the erection of 6 dwellings at Land to the rear of 30-38 Conquest Road, Addlestone.

The site is located between Conquest Road and Fernbank Road, within a mile to the south-west of Addlestone Town Centre. The proposals by OSP were design-led and were prepared following the completion of a character analysis of the surrounding streets to complement the finest design features of the locality.
