Permission Granted for Greenbelt Extensions and
Alterations to Private Dwelling near Guildford

OSP gained planning permission in May, on behalf of a private client, for substantial but sensitive greenbelt extensions and alterations to their house near Guildford.
The project also included a Certificate of Lawfulness for a large outbuilding containing a gym and plant room for the new ground source heat pump installation.
