OSP Architecture worked with our clients Taylor Wimpey West London to achieve a reserved matters planning approval on this site.
A resolution to grant was received from Bracknell Forest Council in November 2021.
The scheme provides 68 new homes on this brownfield site.
The distinctive character was developed for the scheme using high quality materials and detailing. Extensive green space, landscaping, tree planting and biodiversity enhancements were designed into the scheme.
