Our Client, Crownhall Estates Limited received detailed planning approval for this scheme in June 2021.
The site formed part of a larger parcel of land allocated for the development of 550 new homes by Guildford Borough Council.
This site is separately accessed and provides 30 new homes which have been designed as a contemporary response to the Surrey Style and to sit sensitively within their context with a restrained palette of materials comprising high quality stock facing brick, plain tile hanging and plain tile roofs.
