Our client, Bellevue London Ltd received a detailed planning approval for this site at appeal in May 2021.
The building comprising 36 apartments and ground floor undercroft parking is located in a prime riverside site in the centre of Tonbridge and directly opposite the Castle.
It has been designed as a 4 storey building with brick and Kentish ragstone walls and copper coloured standing seam cladding to the third floor level and to the main roof and corner turret. It responds well to its sensitive location.
