Reserved Matters Approval has been granted at
the Former Heatherwood Hospital Site, Ascot

March 2022
OSP Architecture worked with our clients, Taylor Wimpey West London to achieve a reserved matters planning approval on this site. A resolution to grant was achieved from Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council in March 2022.
The scheme follows the detailed proposals for the new hospital building which is now complete and an outline approval for the residential element of the accommodation.
The scheme provides a total of 230 new homes on this brownfield site. The scheme has been designed to create a new gateway to the western end of Ascot High Street on this prestigious site. It provides a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments and two, three and four bedroom houses together with green spaces and landscaped frontages.
The layout of the scheme incorporates the retention of the Bell Barro schedule ancient monument as part of the main triangular green space.
