Detailed Planning Approval for 139 new homes
at Manor Farm, West Horsley

Our Client, Thakeham Homes received a detailed planning approval for this site in July 2021.
The proposed scheme for 139 new homes including a new ‘farmhouse’, a new sports building and an extension to the existing nursery was the subject of extensive pre-application discussion and a Design Southeast Review Panel. The sensitive site on the edge of the village also provides a SANG for local use.
Careful consideration was given to the form and layout of the new scheme with reference to creating a farmstead character with the new ‘farmhouse’, sports barn and nursery set around a green and housing set around a network of lanes and green spaces.
