Approval for 430 New Dwellings in Wellesley, Aldershot
OSP Architecture worked with our client Taylor Wimpey West London to secure this site and then achieved a reserved matters planning consent for a scheme which was designed in response to the approved masterplan and design code.
The scheme on the site of the former Wellesley military barracks comprised 430 new homes arranged along avenues and around a series of parks and squares.
