OSP worked with our client Hawksmoor Homes on a revised planning application for five new homes within an AONB in Chiddingfold. This site already had extant permission for five dwellings and associated access and landscaping, approved by Waverley Borough Council in December 2022.

Following a review of the site, OSP worked in conjunction with the client to submit a revised application that further refines the design. This has resulted in several smaller dwellings being proposed, reducing footprint, mass, and scale, particularly against the neighbouring properties along Ridgley Road. This scheme has taken a landscape-led approach, with improvements to the landscaping of the setting with key retained trees and extensive new landscaping.
