Reserved Matters Approval for Parcel 3 at Warfield, Bracknell

Our client Taylor Wimpey West London received unanimous approval at committee for the Parcel 3 reserved matters application on the site at Warfield in Bracknell in September.
Parcel 3 will provide 175 new homes as part of the overall site allocation. Designs by OSP were informed by the approved set of outline parameter plans, the Warfield SPD, and responded to a series of consultation responses and meetings with Bracknell Forest Council (BFC).
This follows the approval of the first parcel in December last year (2022) for 45 dwellings for Taylor Wimpey.
The client and design team worked actively with the council to provide a scheme with a cohesive variety of appropriate architectural detailing, building types, materials, and roof forms, with the majority of existing trees and hedgerows retained and extensive landscaping proposed.
