Gong Hill Drive
In 2019 OSP gained planning consent on behalf of private clients for the erection of a newbuild five bedroom detached two storey dwelling with rooms in the roof and a detached garage, following the demolition of an existing dwelling. The detached garage includes a guest suite within the roof space and at the ground floor level provides one parking space with a garden store and golf simulator.
The site is located off Gong Hill Drive, Farnham which is situated approximately 2 miles to the south of Farnham Town Centre and is in a developed area of Special Environmental Quality. Trees encircle the site and several of these trees are subject to a Tree Preservation Order.
The replacement dwelling has been constructed out of brick, with plain clay tiles and timber detailing with white painted windows. OSP Architecture provided Architectural Services including design and working drawings as well and acting as Planning Consultant during the Planning stages.
