Britains Farm

OSP worked on behalf of our client Hawksmoor Homes, a local developer to design 5 bespoke dwellings in West Horsley, providing an exemplar scheme of housing that sits harmoniously next to the Grade II Listed Building, Britains Farm, and enhances the character of the local area.

The scheme has been designed in the Surrey vernacular style with a palette of high-quality materials including handmade brick, render, handmade clay tiles, flint, thatch roofs, and white cottage casement windows. The use of thatch was once common in the local area and the use of it on this site will provide an excellent opportunity for the reintroduction of it in West Horsley.
