Learning Resource Centre
Designs by OSP Architecture for a new-build Learning Resource Centre, car park, floodlit netball courts and sports pavilion at Woldingham School were approved by Tandridge District Council under delegated powers in 2019.
The proposals lie within Greenbelt and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The Learning Resource Centre houses a new library alongside, a large multi-purpose room, classrooms, common room and study areas. The building has been designed as a sustainable building with super insulation, natural ventilation stacks, solar shading and photovoltaic panels. Glu-laminated structure to the library and common areas is exposed and supports sweeping metal roofs.
