Work Started on Site for 9,000sqft New Build Dwelling in Amersham

Approved in late 2021, work has now started on site for a 9,000sqft detached, new build dwelling and garage with associated landscaping following the demolition of the existing out-dated property.
Located within the Green Belt and the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, OSP worked closely with the council to achieve proposals that reflect the detailing and materiality of the local vernacular.
The replacement dwelling will include a substantial basement, stone detailing and a natural slate roof and be fully heated via a ground source heat pump system.
Permission has also been granted for the replacement of the existing, derelict stables with a modest staff cottage.
