The site is located to the north of East Horsley, in a residential area within the Green Belt.
OSP gained a planning consent on behalf of the private clients for the demolition of a detached bungalow built in the 1930’s and the replacement three storey (room in roof) bespoke detached dwelling located on a quiet private road.
The proposed high quality replacement dwelling has regard to and enhances the character of the local area, respects the setting and amenity of neighbouring dwellings and provides safe vehicular access the dwelling.
The proposed dwelling will have external walls of facing brickwork, with plain hanging tiles to first floor areas. The pitched roofs will be finished with plain tiles and the windows and doors will be of painted timber.
The proposals will make provision to incorporate modern facilities, building techniques and sustainable measures, including energy generation through the provision of solar panels and the use of energy and water efficient appliances where appropriate.
