OSP have worked with our client on the preparation of this signature building within Prince Phillip Park, a major redevelopment of Whitehill and Bordon. The community and sports building and grounds has now been completed, one of the first buildings within the masterplan to be delivered.
The site of the former BOSC pavilion was proposed for a major revamp with a new building facilitating football tennis and cricket sporting facilities, a clubroom restaurant and large private room for hire. The design drew on the heritage buildings nearby and a traditional pavilion design – set to overlook the newly formed cricket pitch.
OSP were involved from concept design, planning application and integration within the masterplan, right through to detailed design and on-site support. Our continued presence throughout the project ensured continuity of the original design concept and quality of the as built scheme.
