Planning permission has been approved for South Eden Park Road in Beckenham

In August 2019 Bromley Planning Committee unanimously resolved to approve a full planning application for a scheme of 143 apartments and houses off South Eden Park Road in Beckenham. The permission is subject to a S106 Agreement being completed.
The project includes a landscaped podium deck with car parking, bin stores, bike stores and plant rooms hidden from view. The design features classically inspired 3.5 storey buildings overlooking extensive Italianate gardens.
