OSP have worked with our client Vanderbilt on the preparation of scheme proposals for this site.
The proposals seek to develop a prominent corner site on Lovelace Road which has previously been granted permission for a replacement 3.5 storey building. The site is 0.08 hectares (0.2 acres) in area, currently occupied by a detached two and a half storey house. The site is situated in a sustainable location with easy access to bus and rail services as well as Surbiton Town Centre.
The proposed development comprises 9 apartments, which is appropriate and sympathetic to the surrounding area and will provide an attractive, contemporary styled apartment building which will have minimal impact on the existing local amenities, occupants, neighbouring properties and environment.
