Working with our client Legal & General (Strategic Land North Horsham) Limited, OSP has secured reserved matters consent for a mixed-use scheme comprising flexible retail, commercial space and 44 apartments. This development forms the heart of the wider Mowbray masterplan, where phase one residential delivery is already underway.
The Village Centre sits alongside the OSP designed Community Building, which is about to commence on site. Together, these buildings frame a central public realm and activity space with central plaza. Securing this consent required extensive master planning and architectural design to help realise the vision for the new Mowbray village.
