OSP provide architectural and masterplanning services
for successful application at Tring
Dacorum Borough Council have granted planning permission following their committee meeting held on 31st January.
OSP have been working with CALA Homes (Chiltern) Ltd to secure approval for Icknield Way, Tring. The scheme will provide an additional 226 homes, 0.75 hectares of employment space and an extension to the existing cemetery.
Tring is a village on the rural outskirts of Hemel Hempstead, our scheme embellishes and ties in the architectural character reflecting the vernacular materials and detailing found throughout the area.
The approval not only adds to what is a characterful area but also grants the opportunity to provide a large public open space with play area and BMX track and improvement to the existing connections with footpath, cycle path and safe passage to busy roads. The site has an allocated employment area which welcomes new jobs, new business and wide range of new prospects to the area.
OSP has provided the architectural and masterplanning services to a scheme which has resulted in a fantastic outcome which has been welcomed by the client, local council and the community.
