OSP worked with Stratfield Homes for the development of 9 new homes on a former Travis Perkins yard in Hartley Wintney. The positive result on this project was a result of the client’s commitment to engaging with the local authority and community since the early stages of the design process for their comments to be taken on board as the designs evolved.

Designs by OSP arose from a firm understanding of the local character and the scheme will deliver much needed new housing in a style that reflects its place in central Hartley Wintney and enhance its Conservation Area context.
