Planning Approval for 9 dwelling scheme in Bagshot

We worked with our client Chartfield Homes on the application for a 9 dwelling scheme following the demolition of the existing dwelling at 175 London Road in Bagshot.
The application that was submitted in June 2019, integrated a small apartment block at the front of the scheme with family housing behind. The design followed extensive advice from Surrey Heath Borough Council in the form of pre-application and comments during the application.
OSP’s architectural response drew on detailing and materials found within the local area with a development that reflected its position within the urban grain along London Road and opposite the local Waitrose store.
Approval was granted following an appeal hearing in October 2022.
