We are pleased to confirm that the outline planning application has been granted for a residential development in Small Dole. The approved scheme will deliver 45 new family homes, including affordable housing for residents, in a sustainable village-edge location.
A significant proportion of the site will be preserved as landscaped open space, with the retention and enhancement of existing trees and hedgerows, alongside ecological enhancements to support native wildlife.
