Completion of Extensions & Internal Alterations to 15C Grade II Listed House in East Hampshire Village at which OSP Provided Full Service

Work is almost complete on the internal alterations, and extension to a 15C Grade II listed house in an East Hampshire village.
The extension has taken a conservation led approach, being constructed of a structural oak frame with herringbone brick and Bargate stone infill panels with galletting and lime mortar to match the existing house.
The extension includes a large, open hall to reflect the house’s heritage as a Yeoman’s hall.
OSP provided a full service from planning approval (in association with Tom Macmillan-Scott) to practical completion.
