Fittleworth Neighbourhood Development Plan

Full Planning Approval was obtained for 14 houses for Montagu Development in the South Downs village of Fittleworth. The site which was allocated for housing in the Fittleworth Neighbourhood Development Plan.
The development, of the Fleet and Limbourne Lane, represents an exciting opportunity to deliver sustainable homes within the South Downs National Park, understanding the requirements to conserve and enhance the natural beauty, wildlife and heritage of the area.
