We have just achieved planning approval for our client, Doswell Projects, for a bespoke apartment building comprising 4 apartments in the southwest of Eastleigh Town Centre.

Demonstrating the steps taken to address previous reasons for refusal, OSP’s new designs draw on the complexities of the locality by designing the building to appear as a single, large dwelling which has been added to over time.
