OSP have worked with Boughtonwood Homes to secure approval at the former Swallowfield Nursery site within the village of Mannings Heath, West Sussex. The site will provide seven bespoke homes arranged in a courtyard style that reflects local vernacular.

Designs reflect the local rural character and the traditional pattern of the Sussex Courtyard Farmstead and consider the surrounding countryside, while also providing a development that retains mature trees and enhances the setting. The seven dwellings include two, three, four and five-bedroom houses to reflect local need.
