Approval for works to a Locally Listed, Thatched Property in West Byfleet

OSP recently received planning approval on behalf of a private client in West Byfleet for works to a locally listed, thatched property consisting of substantial internal alterations, two-storey side and rear extensions including a two-bay thatched garage.
The design provides additional family space to the dwelling in a way that appears to be a series of periodic extensions implemented over-time, thus preserving the legibility of the original dwelling without compromising its architectural or historic significance.
