Planning Permission Granted at Kilnwood Vale, West Sussex

March 2025

We are pleased to announce the approval of 69 new homes at the Kilnwood Vale development in West Sussex.

The proposal aims to deliver a design-led scheme that prioritises both high-quality residential spaces and a well-designed public realm, offering valuable amenity spaces for future residents.

The design team has worked diligently to ensure that the new dwellings possess distinctive character and identity, which not only sets them apart but also integrates seamlessly with the adjacent phases. The proposed buildings reflect a high standard of design, with careful consideration given to scale, style, and the use of materials, ensuring they are appropriate for the surrounding environment.

The development has been designed with sustainability in mind, encouraging alternative means of travel such as cycling and walking, in place of car dependency. This is achieved through the creation of a pedestrian and cycle movement network within the master plan, offering safe and convenient access to local amenities and the wider area.

Furthermore, inclusivity has been a central consideration in the development process, with the internal layout of the dwellings designed to accommodate wheelchair and mobility-impaired access.

This project underscores a commitment to thoughtful design, sustainability, and inclusivity, aligning with modern urban development principles.
