Approval for Phase 1 and Phase 3 at Blandford House, Aldershot

Our client Redrow Homes received approval at committee for Phases 1 and 3 of their development at Blandford House, Aldershot.
This approval will provide the first 29 houses of the 180-dwelling development with further reserved matters applications for the remaining phases already submitted.
The proposals will provide a development of three-, four- and five-bedroom housing and public open space integrated within the existing woodland setting and embedded into the former barrack buildings site openings.
