Our clients, Taylor Wimpey West London, and Bellway Homes received a reserved matters planning approval for this site following an appeal in May 2021.
The proposed scheme for 254 new homes on a gateway site into the village was carefully conceived and arranged around a central green.
The architectural character of the scheme was designed to respond to the Surrey vernacular.
