Our client Vistry Group has received planning approval at committee for 35 dwellings at Treetops, Allington Lane, Fair Oak, Hampshire on the former Treetops Nurseries site.
OSP Architecture’s designs, prepared on behalf of Vistry, have been developed to suit the setting of the adjacent Locally Listed building and to connect to the adjacent earlier phase one and two developments to the north and the Archers Wood development to the south.
The site layout has been developed to enhance the environment in which it sits, respect the existing trees and hedgerows, and builds positively the ecology needs of the site.
