Reserved Matters Planning Approval has been granted for the development of
261 new houses in Blandford St Mary, Dorset
Our client Bellway Homes (Wessex) has received approval at appeal for the phase two development on the site at St Mary’s Hill, Blandford St Mary in Dorset.
The phase two application was for 261 houses and flats and embraced the work completed in phase one and that established at outline stage. This development embraces the townscape of the local area and creates an enhanced gateway to Blandford.
