School Masterplanning
We have completed several feasibility studies and masterplans for schools. Typically, these include investigating a school’s history, exploring planning constraints, staff interviews, phasing plans and ultimately development masterplans.
These works are often tailored using our expertise in residential developments – in particular where schools are looking to raise funds through the sale of land. The sensitive nature of our masterplans precludes us from fully illustrating these projects.
