OSP were commissioned by Bilsham Road Development LLP to develop the design and prepare a Reserved Matters planning application for the development at Bilsham Road, Yapton.
The application for 250 homes embraced the work completed at outline stage and built the proposed scheme on the back of a previously approved design code masterplan. They submitted in the Autumn of 2020 after a series of presentations and meetings with all stakeholders.
