Development of 54 apartments with basement parking in town centre location.
Following the demolition of the public house, a striking development of 54 apartments on this prominent site in the centre of the town was erected.
The distinctive six storey building features terracotta tiles and rendered walls together with extensive use of glass and steel. The corner of the building is defined by the towering curved glass facade and balconies, which glow invitingly at night. The top apartment enjoys a fully glazed double height space with mezzanine floors, capped off with a deep overhanging roof.
All the apartments are provided with glass balconies, and the external areas of the site have been filled with carefully considered landscaping. |
