Development of 100 dwellings. Lying adjacent to Ebbsfleet International Station with services to London, Paris and Brussels, Springhead Park is located within the Thames Gateway regeneration area and includes the site of the Ebbsfleet Landmark Project – the £2M “White Horse” standing at 50m high.
A tree-lined boulevard runs through the heart of the development branching into the more intimate residential streets and spaces. Recreational space will be provided in the form of a new park running the length of the development including playing fields as well as informal parkland. A community centre, place of worship and doctor’s surgery are also proposed.
