Masterplanning considered the areas nature preservation and local sustainability as well as design, enhancing and benefiting the wildlife and public.Holmhurst is a Grade II listed Gothic building which has influenced the style of the dwellings in close proximity but filters out seamlessly across the development to echo the varied historical vernacular of the local area.
