Conversion of existing house and development of new houses
The Grade II* Listed eighteenth century mansion house had previously been badly damaged by fire and the roof completely destroyed. However, the interior was carefully recreated in the process of converting the house into seven apartments and the Listed stable buildings within the grounds were converted and extended. The significant trees within the site were retained and incorporated into an attractive, landscape-dominated setting for the house and the new development.
