OSP Architecture is a Chartered Architects practice specialising in residential developments for large housebuilders, conservation work and commercial projects. Based in West Byfleet, Surrey, the company offers a complete and comprehensive service in the fields of architectural design and implementation, master planning, space planning, interior design and feasibility services. At its inception in 1985, the origins of the company lay in residential and conservation work. Initial clients were national house builders, individual owners and organizations such as Midland Bank (HSBC). Attention to sympathetic design and high quality detail brought success and subsequent expansion. Today the OSP portfolio includes individual homes for private clients, major housing developments and masterplanning, conversions of listed buildings, commercial, civic and leisure projects as well as a number of space planning contracts. In the future the reputation of OSP will continue to rest on the close personal attention given to individual clients and the active responsibility accepted for the co-ordination of design work and the administration of building contracts. Peter O’Keefe and Danny Scanlon formed the company in 1985 having worked together at Wheelers of Ealing and before that at Diamond Redfern & Partners. Julian Bohling and Paul Dallain joined the company in 1994 and 1997 respectively, later becoming directors. Graham Bicknell joined the company in 2005 and Clinton Bradshaw in 2006 and both have recently joined our board of Directors in 2010. Currently, we employ a well qualified and experienced team of architects, designers and administration staff who are able to provide a full architectural service for your project from inception through to construction. |
